I LOVE avocado. I could eat it every day if I could and because of that I’m lucky that it’s good for you!
Avocado is great for your skin. It’s a great source of antioxidant carotenoids, which protects your skin from environmental damage. Avos also have a good amount of vitamin C, E and monounsaturated fatty acid which does wonders for your skin.
If you love avocados as much as I do then you might want to grow them yourself, though they do take a few years to bare fruit. If you are still keen, here is a video below that will show you step by step how to do it!
